Burbank Hills is a small nine unit condominium complex located in a quiet area, yet convenient to many local amenities. Traveling three blocks south of Burbank Hills takes you to the core business, events and civic operations districts of the downtown St. Cloud area. There is also a public access, boat ramp and fishing area on the Mississippi River less than one block north of the complex. Extending for another six blocks north up the road is open space along the riverside and ends in a large well established city park. With such close proximity to so many activities there would be little use for a vehicle, but a bicycle could come in handy ;)
